The Quicken Rental Property Manager product has been on the market for almost 5 months – time flies! Several of my colleagues and I just returned from a few weeks ‘in the field’ watching our customers use the product, and to see first hand what they need most in order to successfully manage their rental properties. What we observed and heard was fairly consistent, and we’re now taking that information, prioritizing what’s most important, and starting to schedule the work. The team is eager to start addressing your top requests!

This product doesn't seem to track tenent information. How do you keep track of names, phone numbers, deposits, etc. It would be great to be able to run a report with this info.
