Hello from the Product Team! We hope you have continued to enjoy using Quicken Rental Property Manager. We recently completed some interviews with customers like you to test some of the features planned for our next release. I’m happy to say that customers loved what they saw, as I’m sure you will, too! Some of the words our customers used were: "Wow!" "Excellent!" "Super" … "this is exactly what I wanted!") During these ‘usability’ sessions held at the beginning of August, we were able to demonstrate some potential improvements to the areas you have been requesting most, including better rent tracking and the ability to track information about your tenants. We are continuing to get feedback on some of your other top requests in the next few weeks (if you are interested in participating, visit our forum for more information.)
